I am currently accepting new clients.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
Growing up in an East Asian cultural context, I experienced firsthand how family, social, and cultural influences can shape the way we think about ourselves and the world. These influences are not “right” or “wrong,” but they don’t always align with each person’s unique needs and values. They can make it easy to overlook your own feelings, prioritize others’ expectations, or struggle with self-doubt and difficulty expressing your true needs. Having gone through this myself, I deeply empathize with these challenges. My passion for therapy comes from a desire to understand these experiences and to create a space where often-overlooked voices can be seen and heard. As a therapist, I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world, understand themselves more fully, and find a path that feels authentic and meaningful.
