The 2-Minute Workout
Is it really that simple? Well, maybe. I know that it sounds funny, and too good to be true, but I have started using the two-minute workout to get in shape. Most importantly, it's working for me! That is, two minutes at a time, hehe! Let me explain: Being a part of the fitness industry over the greater part of the last two decades, one can feel pressure of having these amazing, long, dedicated workouts. And, to be honest, like yours, my life is just too busy too! If there is
